A note about security: We have had no security problems with faxed orders, and we believe that your risk in placing such an order is low if you dial the correct number. However, we have no control over who has access to your credit card information if you misdial. If you choose to transmit a credit card number via fax, you do so at your own risk. To place an email order, send a message to operations which includes the following information:
Your full name and address, including company name if any, complete mailing address, zip/postal code, daytime telephone number, and fax number (if any). The products you are ordering, including item numbers, the total price, any shipping charges, and tax where applicable (see our Price List and Shipping Information).
The method of payment including credit card number and type (Discover, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), expiration date, the exact name as it appears on the card, and the billing address for the card if it is different from your shipping address.
We will normally acknowledge your order within one business day. Please do not encrypt the order, as we cannot support all the available decryption methods.

We are happy to accept purchase orders, and offer standard 30-day terms after credit approval. We require prepayment if your US purchase order is under $100, or your international purchase order is under $250.
If you wish to use a PO and have never ordered from us, we will need credit references from your company. For more information, please contact our sales department by email, phone, or fax. |
We stand behind our products 100% - if you are not completely satisfied with your individual copy of any JP Software product, you can return it within 90 days for a full refund.
